Foxtrot's story begins with a vineyard that quickly proved itself capable of producing characterful Pinot Noir and Chardonnay on the Naramata Bench. As new stewards of this estate, we're committed to preserving what makes this place special—its soils, its microclimate, and the distinctive voice of the vines—while guiding the next chapter with care and intention.

Our Focus
Our approach starts in the vineyard, where attentive farming allows each block to express its own personality. In the cellar, we continue that gentle philosophy with small-lot fermentations and minimal intervention, letting the fruit and the site speak for themselves. The result is Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that remain true to Foxtrot's heritage—balanced, expressive, and shaped by the Naramata Bench.

Winemaker & Viticulturist
Jacq Kemp
Jacq brings 30 years of winemaking and viticulture experience across New Zealand, Burgundy, Australia, and the Okanagan. Originally trained as a nutritional scientist, Jacq traded her lab coat in 1999 to pursue a Viticulture & Oenology degree in New Zealand, beginning a career rooted in both science and a deep respect for the vineyard. Today, her approach is focused on balance, restraint, and authentic vineyard expression, with a particular passion for traditional method sparkling, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. Having worked closely with our family for the past eight years, Jacq shares our commitment to thoughtful stewardship, the people behind the industry, and making wines that truly reflect their sense of place.

We’ve been part of the Okanagan wine community since 2016, when we established Silhouette Winery, followed by the acquisition of Therapy Vineyards & Inn in 2017. In 2024, our family proudly added Foxtrot to the journey. For us, wine is about more than what’s in the bottle — it’s about family, land, people, and legacy. We’re honoured to be the new stewards of Foxtrot, committed to thoughtful stewardship, hard work, and creating something lasting for generations to come.
Vineyard Management, Winemaking & Hospitality
Noah & Jessica
Noah and Jessica have grown alongside our family’s journey in wine, bringing their own experience and passion to Foxtrot. Noah has spent the past eight years learning winemaking and vineyard management under Jacq’s guidance, along with gaining experience at wineries in New Zealand and Australia. Also with a vintage of experience in Australia, Jessica has supported the winery and led the hospitality team for the past five years. Together, they bring a new generation of energy, care, and commitment to Foxtrot, and we’re excited to have them play an important role in carrying its story forward.
