Traditional Method — 100% Pinot Noir

The 2020 Foxtrot Blanc de Noir reveals in the glass a delicate light copper hue, complemented by a beady creamy mousse that adds a soft tactile element that lingers. The texture is rich with oven-fresh pastry tones and inviting notes of red currants and citrus that keeps the palate fresh and lively from the first sip to the last. Alc 11.2%
